As explained during our correspondence, customs duties and import taxes are not included in our product prices and are the responsibility of the customer, as clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions. This is standard practice for international orders. Please also note that our Terms & Conditions must be accepted by checking a box during the checkout process before any payment can be completed. This ensures that all customers are aware of and agree to these conditions before placing an order. Our support case was handled and we did what we could to go through the process with you. We’re always here to assist, but claims about nonexistent service are simply not accurate.

Hi Joshua, We're sorry to hear about your experience. The MMI kit is fully compatible with your BMW 640i, and we’ve successfully installed it in many similar vehicles. To assist with the installation, we provided detailed guidance, including a step-by-step video tutorial. Additionally, we offered a new solution with extra cables that allow for installation without even removing the screen, simplifying the process significantly. Unfortunately, you declined this option. As for the refund, our Terms & Conditions, which you accepted when placing your order, specify a 14-day return policy, which we are required to follow. While we understand your frustration, we made efforts to offer you alternative solutions to help with the installation, such as the additional cables. Unfortunately, we cannot process the refund outside of this timeframe. If installation continues to be a challenge, we recommend using one of our professional installers. Our support team remains available should you need further assistance.

Hi Martin, We're very sorry to hear about your unfortunate situation. According to our terms and conditions, we typically charge a restocking fee of approximately 30% to cover our shipping and order preparation costs. However, we do understand how difficult it might be, and we decided to reduce the fee to 20%. That is all we can do.

Hi, We are sorry that you are unsatisfied with our product. However, contrary to what you are saying, the product we sent you was not defective. We have thoroughly tested it after you sent it back and it functioned perfectly, which means that it must have been installed incorrectly by you. Unfortunately, you did not want to proceed with the troubleshooting process, meaning you did not give us a chance to pinpoint the issue exactly and help you resolve it. Additionally, the scratches you describe as “tiny minor” were not, in fact, that small. We offered you a lower restocking fee subject to the condition of the returned product – since it came back scratched, we were forced to increase the restocking fee from 20% back to 30%. As you pointed out, the restocking fee is openly described in our Terms and Conditions. The satisfaction of our customers is of the utmost importance to us, which is why we always try to assist them to the best of our abilities. If the product we sent turns out to be defective, we also always accept its return free of any charges. Hi! We are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced, but we have not received any contact from you after the order has been registered. We thoroughly went through the history of our communication channels (emails, chats, and phone), but we found no records at all of the contact attempts from you within 24 hours after the order was placed. Moreover, when we kindly asked you for confirmation of the order cancellation inquiry (e.g., screenshots), you were unable to provide anything to substantiate your claim. We treat our cancellation policy very seriously, as we believe it is the unquestionable right of every buyer to cancel their order. However, we also have a clearly outlined policy regarding returns and the restocking fee, which applies to orders returned after they have been shipped. This means that we can accept your return, but with the restocking fee applied, due to the fact that you did not cancel your order on time. Take care, BimmerTech Team
