To start off with the build quality of the Alpha 1 ghost sub replacements for my Mini U25 is amazing. The build quality of the Alpha 1 amp is top tier. The products arrived quickly and timely, and the packaging was great. Now to the customer service, I had a few questions prior to purchase and Jose answered my emails and calls and responded to all of the questions and concerns that I through at him. Once I received the equipment (Full directions on install of each piece was provided via email) I had a shop in my city that specializes in BMW cars do the install. They said the install was straight forward and as easy as described. Now the amp came preloaded with programing for the music style, I did not like it. I wrote an email to their support and had a reply and 5 new presets within 2 days (sent by Konrad), with instructions on how to update them in the amp using my computer and attached USB. Every thing works, and sounds great now. It is rare that I write a review, but in this day and age when good customer service is rare, it needed to be mentioned. Keep up the great work

I received the product on time, the provided instructions were very helpful for DIY installation. So far the product has performed exactly as I had hoped. Overall, excellent.

Great product for ease of installation. Great customer service if questions arise.

Bought the power trunk for my 2022 M550i. While it works fine beware that there is only one power strut, not 2 like in the 3 series, hence the trunk is slow to close and slow to open. Slow enough that i find myself waiting at times and it is easier just to manually close it.

I was really impressed by BimmerTech all around. Their web site was easy to navigate. I used the chat function and was quickly emailed by Jose who was awesome getting my order processed. I opted to get install done at BimmerTech since I was in town. Install was amazing, can't even tell anything was done. They went over sound profiles to make sure I was happy. 100x better than stock HK system. I had the new speakers installed and an Alpha One Amp. Such an improvement and great experience overall. 5 stars!
