Billo has a ton of video projects posted, and organized by categories. Once you get awarded the project, things move fast, from script approval to feedback on the video, easy changes if any, and done. Plus payment comes quick!

Our experience with Billo has been amazing! Here's why: 1. Extensive list of creators to choose from 2. Turnaround time of the videos has been 24-48 hours which is amazing 3. Billo customer service is top notch - very flexible, understanding and willing to help with any request. I read some negative reviews which honestly, I do not understand. Billo has no control over the performance of your ad, the brand owner needs to select the right brief and creator and execute in social. When you type in the brief - be specific with the VO and how you want to creator to film.

Lots of creators to choose from. Once a creator was chosen and the product was received, the video was made quickly and the result was great

If you buy a package, your funds expire, no extensions allowed with out them scamming you for your own money. Since when does money expire? Greedy and unethical company. The work we got from Billo was always mediocre and none of the couple thousand we spent with them ever actually did well. There is no actual customer support and it's just copy and paste responses. There is so many UGC companies to work with. Billo doesn't deserve to be in business.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. Our refund policy, which includes the expiration of funds, was agreed upon at the time of purchase, and we aim to be transparent about this during checkout. We regret that the content didn’t perform as hoped, and we’re constantly working to improve quality. We’re also focusing on improving our customer support to ensure more timely and personalized assistance. We appreciate your business and will take your feedback into account as we continue to evolve.

As a business owner, managing multiple aspects of a brand can be overwhelming, especially when it comes to creating high-quality User-Generated Content (UGC). That's where the Billo app has truly been a lifesaver! The platform makes the process of sourcing UGC videos from talented creators incredibly seamless. From the intuitive interface to the wide range of creators available, Billo has streamlined the way I get authentic, engaging content that perfectly represents my brand. What I love most about Billo is the simplicity and control it offers. I can outline my vision, provide clear instructions, and review the videos with ease. The turnaround time is fantastic, and the quality of the content has consistently exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Billo, I can focus more on growing my business while leaving the creative magic to their talented community of creators. It’s been a game-changer for our marketing strategy, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their brand with professional yet relatable UGC. Thank you, Billo, for making my life so much easier!

Worst customer service ever. They claim to have live chat, but no one is ever online, no matter what time you try. Even worse, it takes them over 2 business days to respond to anything—if you're lucky. As for their so-called 'Premium creators,' almost everyone on the platform claims this status just to charge an extra $50, yet most of these 'Premium' creators can't even produce usable audio. This platform started out great a few years ago, but now it's a complete disaster. If you're considering working with them, don't. Try another platform instead

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. Our support team is working hard to catch up on backlogs, and we appreciate your patience during this time. Regarding the Premium creators, we take your concerns seriously and will look into them to ensure quality across the board. We’re committed to improving and hope you’ll give us another chance in the future.
