Billo makes it so easy to get answers to your questions and to be able to talk directly to the brands right on the app. Also, their customer service help is incredible. Whenever I have a problem I reach out and someone always gets back to me right away.

They are a scam. They do not help you get the creatives as you want. If you want the flexibility to edit and have your creative edited, then BILLO is not the place. Stay away - terrible customer service

I have been a Premium Creator with Billo for over 2 years and absolutely love working with them. The platform is easy to use and just keeps getting better! Whenever I’ve had an issue they’ve always taken great care of me and everyone I’ve dealt with has been amazing! They also have a lot of jobs to apply to, so it is very possible to be a Creator full time. My only request is to increase the pay per video. Inflation has had a sharp rise over the last two years, so an increase could help retain the great Creators. Thank you Billo! 🙏

We truly appreciate your loyalty over the past two years. Your suggestion regarding the pay increase is definitely something we’ll take into consideration as we work to improve the experience for our creators. Thank you for being such a valuable part of the Billo community, and we’re excited to continue supporting your growth as a creator! 🙏✨
