We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. 🙏 Billo strives to provide a variety of opportunities that cater to different creators’ skills and goals. While some projects may be smaller in scope, there are also higher-value campaigns with more requirements and pay. We encourage you to explore different campaigns and creator tiers, as there may be opportunities that better match your expectations and experience. We appreciate your input and hope you might consider giving the platform another look in the future. 💜

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment this situation has caused. 🙏 Billo strives to maintain a platform that is safe, compliant, and accessible to creators in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. While our public-facing eligibility requirements include age and residency, certain internal policies may impact eligibility in ways that are not immediately visible. We understand how this may feel frustrating, and we genuinely appreciate your perspective. Your feedback will be shared with our internal team for review, as we are continuously looking for ways to improve our processes and ensure they are as transparent and fair as possible. Thank you again for your candid feedback. We truly value your thoughts and hope to continue improving the creator experience. 💜
