Jordan and Prabhat have been helpful in the credentialing process. They have walked me through some of the challenges that come with credentialing. I have had to reach out when things seem to lag, but they are responsive and follow through. I am 2 months into the process and 3 are already finalized. I have always been informed it takes 90-120 days so 2 months is great.

Jordan was very informative and a God Send. He answered all my questions professionally and timely.

The first set-up meeting was great. Poonam was my PR person and she was amazing.

Almost a year after I contracted them I have credentialing applications not completed or even submitted. Working with them is harder than doing it on my own. If I had waited for them, my business would have failed. They have not been responsive to complaints either.

Bikham did well with medicare. Totally dropped the ball with medicaid, delayed me a whole year in the process, added more work and headache to my life and just ended up giving me a refund. Honestly, find yourself a friendly medical biller company, they will be happy to assist you in becoming a provider because that's business for them and they already know the system super well.
