This company puts out ads as if they are expert in credentialing - They have no idea about Payor enrollment. They claim to have 48 hr application submission. They have not been able to submit application after 6-8 weeks. Nobody responds. The initial conversation is always started by Robert with Bikham healthcare - but their whole operational team is overseas and without any knowledge about medical practice and operations in USA. They were going to issue refund but they Never did. BEWARE OF THEIR SCAM.

I have been going through the credentialing process for companies for almost a year with complications. I have posted my dissatisfaction and been requested to remove the post thens started to look up but now I am not receiving any feedback when email is being regarding and update. I was able to credentialed with one company successfully.

I wish that I had read the reviews first. During this process the front end of the operation went smoothly. They were responsive and helpful and seemed legitimate. I admit I was weirded out about the CAQH password being turned over to them, but another company did tell me that was a regular business process for medical credentialing. I was promised a swift credentialing process. I have friends who filled out the form with the state themselves and have already been credentialed. I paid $500 and finally did give them my password on May 25. It is July 14. I changed my password and requested an update because my account showed " Alaska Medicaid - Payer Enrollment Application is being prepared and will be submitted shortly. The payer issues a tracking number after the application is loaded in their system, which can take up to 15 days. Real-time updates are available in your Credily Dashboard. Updated: 04/03/2023 11:54 AM(EST)". It has yet to move to anything beyond that. So today I requested an update. 7/14/2022. Then I receive an email requesting my CAQH password again. I did provide it but I suspect this will not result in credentialing. I highly recommend going with ANYONE else. Update: 8/16/2023: Bikham has been working diligently to repair the damage and respond to my concerns. Several key members of the Bikham team have personally reached out to create viable solutions for my credentialing needs and to express apology but more importantly, panel me for the service I paid for. While it is not a completed process, the emails I have received from my state demonstrate that adequate steps have been taken to move the process forward. At this time it will still be money spent well should my credentialing be complete. I will update and when that occurs will remove my one-star rating. I understand that mistakes happen, and the repair is the most important withstanding part of the relationship. UPDATE: 9/1/2023 (Korea time) I am currently in Asia and had to navigate a 4am call from a colleague. Apparently, Bikham still had a wrong number on my applications which I had never provided them because it is my university number and when I inquired Bikham no one could tell me where it was pulling from (I have had this problem with another insurance too-so I know it is something I did but I don't know how or where to fix it-but I did let Bikham know). So my colleague was calling to let me know Bikham had been extremely difficult to get ahold of and that Bikham reached out to Medicaid but Medicaid repeatedly had connectivity and communication issues- so desperate to move my application forward, MEDICAID attempted to call the provider (me) directly. Medicaid showed more initiative then Bikham.
