My onboarding experience today with Rahul Debnath was very helpful. He was patient and knowledgeable of the program.

SCAM. Do not trust the these folks. Spent over $4k and have noting to show for it 90 days later. They do not answer their phones, action officer is not responding, cannot reach via Zoom. I have filed a complaint with BBB on 10/16/2024 and contacted my bank and reported this as FRAUD. Do not trust BIKHAM.

This has been a nightmare, and I wish I had read these reviews before paying. The person they assigned me to is Jeliana. She never returns calls, and when she does send emails, they're inaccurate. BUYER BEWARE

Bikham healthcare is a scam. This company has taken money from me without helping me with any service. Bikaham healthcare does not even return phone calls relating to this matter. Shame on this company for taking people Money.

Kanti did a great job communicating with me.

So far the experience has been great. Prompt response to my questions. I haven't received my full credentialing yet, but expect it soon.
