I have been working with Rahul Debnath and Jelaina Hollingsworth at Bikham. My application has been in process since March 2024; it's now November 2024. Both Rahul and Jelaina have a habit of not responding to emails or voicemails; generally I have had to reach out to both of them several times whenever I want a response, and several of my emails to both of them have never been answered. Recently, on a zoom meeting, I asked Rahul to put in an email an indication of the current status of my application. He assured me that he would do this. Three weeks went by and I didn't hear from him; it took a voice mail and another call before I was able to speak to him. I am still waiting for my case to be resolved.

Their so-called customer service is outsourced to a call center in India where the staff have zero knowledge about credentials. They feed you false hope and fake updates. I’ve been contacted by several insurance companies who are just as frustrated as I am, saying they’ve been left high and dry with no follow-up. Expect one-star reviews everywhere, and don’t be fooled by their flashy ads. This company is a scam, and their reputation deserves to crumble.

This company is a scam. I paid $500 to become a Medicaid provider and $200 a piece to become a part of two network plans. From day one they haven't gotten anything right. My wife did all the leg work to get us approved with Medicaid and we still have to correct the mess that Bikham made. Kanti is no help at all and when you get on the phone with them all they do is apologize. It has been almost 4 months any we still haven't heard anything about those two network plans. These people don't know what they are doing. Go look at Yelp and BBB the rating her terrible. They don't respond to emails. You don take businesses hard working money and you don't know what you are doing. You are false advertising. I would gave them a 0. I will be placing a review on BBB. I want a refund of my money or I will seek legal counsel.

He was incredibly patient, walking me step-by-step through the I&A website, and together we successfully addressed the pending task on Credly to move our enrollment process forward. Trying to get insurance credentialing on my own was very frustrating and after 6 months of getting nowhere I called Mr. Wright again and he set me up with Kanti Singh. She has been great. Very professional and pleasant to speak with. She has done a great job so far as I have seen huge progress with my credentialing process. I am glad I have her on my team.

I've had a great experience with this company..my provider specialist..Kanti Singh stayed in touch with and kept me informed as to how things were handled and any information that she needed to move ahead..I'm glad that I used this company..they made the process much easier!!!

This was the easiest process I've gone through since starting my company. It took me almost a year to contact Mr. Robert Wright but after countless attempts to obtain the credentials needed with no success Robert Wright was able to give me the peace of mind needed to continue my endeavor.
