Kanti and Robert at Bikham Healthcare have been instrumental in getting various providers with various credentialing needs efficiently taken care of without any hassle. I would give this company 100 stars if I could!

My experience with Bikham Healthcare has been very positive, helpful and an exceptional one. It’s still an ongoing process and so far it’s been a smooth transition and onboarding process. I will like to recommend Mohit who brought me in and was the first person I had the pleasure of working with. He was very helpful and prompt in returning my calls. I will also like to thank Author Kirk who gave me reasons to stay with the team and convinced me to stay. Thanks also goes to Melissa Abreu who is so knowledgeable with the software and is helping us learn and navigate it with no issues so far. Thanks also goes to Caroline Mascarenhas for helping us with the credentialing proper. She makes sure all the credentialing documents are correct. Excellent experience with bikham. They helped me easily credential with Medicare. The customer service department is excellent I was assigned my own rep named Jyoti who kindly walked me through the process. They quickly helped me be credentialed. Worth the money!!!

I worked with several different people at Bikham. All were patient, informative, and helpful. In particular, Kanti spelled out step-by-step what was necessary and he followed up consistently to confirm the status of my application. even when the follow-up involved asking me to provide more information. I appreciated his persistence and his guidance in dealing with the bureaucracy of the credentialing process. I highly recommend Bikham - they truly do make the process move forward smoothly.

Uday was amazing. His professionalism, ability to serve the client, and incredible experience represented in today's short call, enabled us to gain our NPI to open our practice.
