These guys will ship scratched & damaged frames as new. I got mine and the frame was scratched up to the point where bare aluminum was showing. Box had multiple layers of tape on it. Clearly been shipped and returned multiple times. I doubt they even unpacked it to inspect before they shipped it onto me or the next sucker.

My Mt Bromo came with some issues with the dropper, i contacted via chat (disconnected after long wait), phone message (linked account with number and emailed me request for pics), and email (sent pics, followed up a week later, now another week and no response). Trying to be patient in these difficult times, but I've run out after 3 weeks. Overall a good bike, shipping was fast, but the issue appears to be widespread reading others comments and ill have to either return bike or eat the repair myself (which may be difficult as it appears to be a design flaw with clearance issues with motor and frame). They shipped me a bike that had a big gouge in the frame and, despite numerous messages asking them to call me to discuss how to deal with this issue, I've heard nothing back other than an email offering me a pathetic $60 store credit. I trusted this company based on their positive reviews but I now wish I had bought elsewhere. I suggest that others do the same.

I placed an order for a bike in July 7 which showed as available and should be shipped within 2-5 business days. On July 13 I contacted customer service to check on the status of my order and was told the bike was packed and ready to ship. After telling them I was a little bit disappointed due to long processing time, I was told by another representative that my order was cancelled. His name is Enrico Paulino. When I asked why my order was cancelled, he said the thought I wanted to cancel my order even I never mentioned anything about that. When I told him so, he said he rebuilt my order. Yes, placing a completely new order and pretending like nothing happened, and ignoring the fact that I placed an order over a week ago that they did not fulfill yet. He told me my new order should be ship out by the middle of next week for delivery by next Friday or Saturday. I waited until next Friday and contacted him for an update of my order and he said sorry the bike was sold out. This is beyond frustration and shows poor customer service from Bikesonline. My friend recommended Bikesonline to me. It seemed like a good deal. I ordered a Premier 4 for my wife. After receiving my wife's bike, I assembled it as per written and video instructions. My wife rode it for 2 minutes and when she shifted the gear the rear derailer and a derailer hanger broke and were destroyed. I took it to the bike shop and the owner inspected it and found that the derailer wasn't set correctly. I contacted bikesonline, they emailed me with a few questions. I haven't heard back from them for 5 days. The bike seems like a good bike, but so far this experience has not been. UPDATE: I was able to resolve the issue with Bikesonline. The bike is fixed. It is a good bike.

Ike was assembled in a way that makes me think that a kindergarten class did the work. The frame is possibly cracked. I have been trying to get them to issue a return label.for.over three weeks now. They have received a video and an audio.recording of the major issue that sounds like a failed weld.or.cracked tube. They keep.saying that they will issue a label then refusing to issue the label. This is one of the worst buying experiences that I have had with any product. I have had to involve my bank to get this issue resolved. They will sell you a defective product that has been incorrectly assembled and then refuse to allow a return or a replacement. Stay away from BikesOnline. Their website only shows mostly positive reviews because they 99% of the negative reviews. Buying a bike from BikesOnline leaves you with a 50% chance of receiving a broken and unusable product that they will not even attempt to fix or return. Congratulations to everyone that received a usable bke. Edit. Yep. Got another offer that said they would issue a label and a full refund. They just aren't sending the label after I verified that I would take the bike box to a FedEx location. Definitely stay away.

Update. I had a really hard initial experience because I couldn't get answers to my questions and I received some misinformation about my bike. I basically freaked out left negative reviews everywhere, but was eventually contacted by bikes online and they did make it right. They also had me provide screenshots of the issue so that they could address it for other customers. I thought that was admirable.

I'm very disappointed with your BikesOnline.com and Polygon. I waited 3 months for my bike. My Sisku T8 came with cheap Vee Flow Tires instead of the Schwalbe Hans Dampf Evo. I tried multiple times to try and get a hold of someone in charge but I just kept on getting blown off. They said a manager would be in touch with me and a month later no one called me. The best they said the would do is give me $20 on a $200 set of tires. Not to mention that it also had scratches and damage when I received my mountain bike. This is one of the worst experiences I ever had with buying bikes online. You ripped me off. This is ridiculous. I'm so aggravated with Polygon and Bikes Online for their terrible customer service.
