Bikes are hard to come by due to pandemic, I placed myself on a wait list for the Polygon Siskiu T7 and was notified when bike was available for preorder, I placed the order. I was informed of eta up front and bike came sooner than later! Packed up nicely in a box and assembly was easy. All the tools you need came in the box including pedals. Online instructions if needed. Definitely would buy again!

I can't say enough about the service and the bike! The type of bike I wanted is hard to come by at this time. I told bikesonline what I wanted and they let me know when the bike was available for pre-order. When it was available, I ordered it. They said it could be a month or more before it shipped and I was okay with it. To my surprise, it shipped the very next day! It was easy to put together. If you are on the fence, like I was, about ordering a bike online, don't worry! I am a fan of this company!

I love my new ride! Kudos to bikesonline for setting up everything and providing videos for assembly.

I bought the Siskiu D6 for my husband. This is a great bike for the price point. It was easy to do the little bit of assembly with the supplied tools. Shipping via FedEx had some unexplained delays, but other than that this is a great bike and we would definitely buy from bikesonline again.

Great bike and delivered in 1 month when other manufacturers are ~1 year out for a XL 27.5 FS bike!

1: Bike took 3 months to arrive with no updates throughout the process 2: Bike came in the INCORRECT size 3: Bike was only taken out for inspection and was repackaged exactly the same way it came after discovering the bike was labeled with the incorrect size. 4: BikesOnline receives the bike and charges me $65 for damages due to "improper" packaging. The bike was packaged exactly how it came. 5: BikesOnline refuses to honor their "Free 14-day Returns" policy. Avoid BikesOnline at all costs. The frame for their Polygon bikes are very subpar and this company should be avoided at all costs. The whole process was, and continues to be, a nightmare!

We purchased a christmas present from bikesdirect and waited for many months. When opened on Christmas morning, it was defectively manufactured. Very difficult time getting it returned (and could not get it replaced). We ordered the Polygon 5 from bikes online and it arrived quickly and is awesome - much better features and quality than the other bike. We highly recommend.
