I put in a request for a price match and Brad P was so helpful in getting me a great price for my new bike. He made sure he emailed me with constant updates and was an absolute pleasure to deal with and came across as genuinely caring about my request and getting me a great price. Couldn't recommend him enough. Thanks Brad!!

I ordered a helmet which turned out to be too small. I returned it hoping to exchange for a larger size, but it was out of stock, so they gave me store credit. They worked with me quickly and efficiently to change that to a refund, which I appreciated so much, because that particular helmet was more than likely not going to be back in stock. Their customer service was outstanding!

The website is well put together and easy to navigate. Shipping was very fast and arrived sooner than I expected. I was able to use my gear for my next ride! They have a lot of great options as well.

Help others learn about your bike Fit & Feel I'm 6 feet tall and have a 36" inseam with a short upper body. I went with a large. The seat height is good. Dropper post works great. The only thing I added was 50mm rise handlebars. I'm very happy with the fit. I've owned over a dozen mountain bikes. This is my first with full suspension and I could not be happier. Riding every day and I love it. Could not be happier. The info on the website is very useful. The ordering process was easy. Shipping to NH took only three days. The bike was easy to assemble and worked perfectly. Nothing needed adjustment. The RockShox suspension is excellent.

I have never in my life (75 years) done business with a company like Bikes Online. There was a small problem with the bike I bought, and their team went above and beyond to take care of me. I was totally blown away! I also ordered a helmet which arrived in the wrong size. The customer service lady was very pleasant and took care of me like family! I quickly received a return label and the replacement helmet was on its way. I'm very impressed with my new Polygon Xtrada 5 2026. Can't wait to ride it! It would take me two cups of coffee and a cookie to tell you all my good thoughts about Bikes Online, and... the Polygon Xtrada 5. I'm so glad I discovered Bikes Online, and I'm pleased to recommend them to you! Happy Trails!

Its awesome, everything I wanted out of a reasonably priced bike, I orginally wanted the T7 (my dad had one that got me into this) but the T8 was hard to pass up and was in the size I wanted. It's nimble, relatively light, rides incredibly smooth, has all the adjustments in the fork and rear shock. Tires are great, the 12x speeed and SLX is hard to beat at the package price. Its just amazing, I've taken it for well over 150 miles in the short weeks I've had it, I honestly could not be happier with the purchase. Shipping was quick, package was well taken care of, no damage to bike inside!
