Bike came with faulty brakes that BikesOnline refused to reimburse me for. This is a serious safety issue that could have gotten me killed, but they really don't seem to mind. DO NOT BUY FROM BIKESONLINE. SAVE THE EXTRA BIT OF MONEY TO BUY FROM YOUR LOCAL DEALER.

Save your money and go to a bike shop. Bike was poorly assembled with a cable routed near the sprocket and the dropper post cable damaged (they told me to take it to a bike shop, seriously?). I'll just order one on Amazon and fix it myself. Also no copy of a warranty or owners manual, just a generic instruction book that did not cover the dropper post or unique front axle. Lastly their customer service line usually goes to voicemail. Great bike (Marin) but lousy assembly and lousy service.

It’s been 29 days since I paid for my bicycle including delivery and it has still not been delivered. The person at bikesonline that I enquired with basically says it’s my problem and I need to follow up with the couriers where the package is. The absolute poorest service I have ever received and that after spending a ton of cash with them…….

I see a lot of bad reviews down there, I dont know what you guys are doing wrong and Im very sorry. I bought a Polygon bike from Bikes Online, it had a small issue with front derailleur making a bit of sound, I really cant spend time to take bike to shop for my first experience, I did ride the bike for 10-20 minutes just as a test drive. Bikes Online was kind enough to refund all of the money for the bike. I called a local shop to buy a bike and asked about refund, they told me the moment I walk out the door, its mine. No returning at all. Need to be patient with BikesOnline, we had a pandemic, short on staff, but overall my experience was really great even though I ended up returning the bike. 100% will buy from BikesOnline again. This time a more simple bike like 10, 11 or 12 speed and more expensive. Also packaging of bike came super well. Everything was firm, nothing was touching bike frame or metal to metal. Super professional. you can count on BikesOnline to package your bike right! Thank you Kia R. 🙏

Purchased a brand new bike. Right out of the box the rear brake would not work. After several days and irrelevant advice I was told to take my brand new bike, never ridden too, to a shop and they would only cover $40 to bleed the brakes at an approved shop. Shocked by the service and response, I was done with this company. I wanted to return this bike, and upon reading reviews here it seems they would screw me out of a fee because of improper return packaging which is greater than the cost of the repair. Long story short I had to replace the brakes. Finally getting to ride my bike, the shifting doesn’t work so I have to spend time tuning that as well. Going on my second ride today, both tires are flat after only a week between rides. Is this some sort of joke? Spend the extra money on a good bike from a local bike shop since you’re going to spend that money on repairs on a brand new bike from here anyway.

Horrible "sorry, wish we could help" service. It cost me 45 dollars to replace a single bolt. I could have save 8 bucks, but they very strictly had to use overpriced ridiculous shipping instead of the smarter (and insured) USPS option. The bike came horribly assembled with no anti-seize or installation grease on anything. I literally had to drill out the rear wheel axle because it was practically welded on. But could they make it right by replacing the part? Nope. Warranty doesnt cover it. Also, they dont have the part so I had to get it second hand from a different supplier.

I purchased a bike for my wife at the site and the rear hub was grinding when we got it. We tried to call them and it just goes to voice mail which they don't check or respond to. We tried there live chat and it is just a bot. We contacted them by email and they refused to replace the part. We sent them video and showing the Grinding and they stated that there was no issue and sent me a video to repair it my self. Polygon is a good brand of bike but Bikes online is a garbage company that will not support you and just give you the run around. If you buy a polygon bike, do not buy through them.

My bike arrived with huge holes in the box, obviously it was dropped maybe like 50 times. Some of the hardware was missing and the front wheel was manufactured wrong so it would not fit at all on the bike. Total piece of crap. I returned the bike immediately. They said they would send me a new one but i received a refund instead, their communication is absurdley bad. Not worth your time. I predict this company will be out of business in a few years.
