Bikes online made my shopping experience as smooth as possible by giving me excellent customer service, having all the information necessary on their website to help me make a decision to purchase, and packaging my order safely so that the delivery drivers don’t destroy my bike. 10/10 experience and will buy another bike from them again!

They do not have any customer service. Needed help with my order and never got a response back. Do not bother wasting your time and money with them.

Been trying to get a hold of them because I got a large bike instead of a medium. I also paid extra for the insurance too. I would not recommend buying a bike from them. If you have issues with your order you will not get any help. There were a few other bikes that I wanted from them, but now I know to not trust buying from them again. I highly recommend going to your local bike shop instead. Also my bike almost came a week late.

I didn't get half of the items that I ordered. I immediately contacted customer service by email and phone. Over a week later I have had no response. I've made several phone calls and created a ticket on their website. Nothing. Customer service is non-existent. God help you if you order a bike from them.

Excellent bike and customer service! The charger didn’t work when we received the bike. We reached out to customer support and they took care of it. Received a new charger within a few days and it worked perfectly!

Order an item that says 3 business days express shipping, expected delivery say 10 days. Customer service told me there is no express shipping and that they can't help me. I recommend you buy from a reputable website
