BikesDirect.comReviews of bikesdirect.com

There is only one place on the planet where you can get a beautiful, well-built, quality component bike at a bargain price - BIKES DIRECT! But it doesn't stop there...need support? They are responsive and helpful. Need Parts? Same great service. Larry helped me with questions after I received my bike and he was stellar! I have purchased two bikes from them and I will order more soon - in fact, I am replacing the bikes for our entire family with new, better ones from Bike Direct!

I’m happy with BikesDirect, good service, fast response, Larry is very helpful.

Larry and the team was a great help. I gave them a list of desired features and they recommended a couple bikes to choose from. I love the bike!

I greatly appreciated the help from Larry at the bikesdirect

I've purchased several bikes over the years from Bikes Direct. The quality and the value were exceptional! User support was pretty good too. I've had a couple accidents and had to get parts replaced and in most cases they were able to get me what I needed. Larry has been great to work with.

I had a great experience with BikesDirect.com. The bicycle has a good quality for the price, even thought I had to do some small adjustment and replace the pedals because I thought the originals too weak (I really broke them), but even when I need support from them about adjustments (thanks Larry), they helped me very quickly and even sent me videos on how to adjust the things. I really liked the bike and even I bought a second one, that time I bought used, but still relying on the brand.

Bike came broken, and they would not accept a return

I have FSX Boost Pro 29r for over a year and ride a single track 4-5 times per week and the bike is fantastic. Twice I have wrecked it bad enough and broke parts. I reached out to Larry at Bikes Direct and got great service with replaces parts arriving within a week.
