In 2019 I bought an e-bike from Bikes Direct. I am still riding that bike today. This year I looked around for a used e-bike for my second home. I decided I still couldn't find a better value than a new same model e-bike from Bikes Direct. And at the exact same price as in 2019, $1,699. The new bike arrived with a defective kick stand. I sent a picture to Bikes Direct, and Larry in customer service immediately sent a replacement. Yes, I am a happy customer, Thank You!

They sent me a bike with stripped threads on the crank arm. I spotted it when I opened the box. This tells me their QC is non existent or terrible. Wonder what else is wrong with this bike. Wont ever be ordering from them again.

I have purchased three bikes from Bikes Direct and all transactions have been GREAT! Additionally they have now helped me a couple of times with other needs related to these bikes and the customer service has also been GREAT! I really appreciate their efficiency, accuracy and willingness to help. Their customer service is some of the BEST I have ever experienced!

First off I have ordered bikes from BikesDirect several times now as well as other friends and we all have had great experiences. This order was for a Zilla AL Pro which I didn't see first time through website so sent a message to them. They replied quickly with options that covered what I wanted. I was looking for a road/gravel bike with the ability for touring and so HAPPY with the results. The bike is beautiful and after several rides on it, I LOVE IT! Thank you Bikes Direct for another great bike at an amazing price. Courtney & Larry did a great job helping me!

I placed my order online and received a message that there was a problem and to contact the customer service number. I've tried three times with no response to the voicemails I've left. They've charged my card the full amount of the transaction but I've received no order confirmation or tracking information. I've opened a dispute with my credit card company in order to cancel the transaction and get a refund.

Sent a broken bicycle, they have a predatory return policy. I returned the crappy Taiwanese bike and they kept my money. Somehow they took advantage of PayPal's dispute system and kept the money. Awful customer service and low grade product, it seems like a shady e-commerce site because it is. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Excellent product at a good price. No surprises. Recommend.
