Good quality bike, pricing is good, can't complain. If you just wanna ride around central park I definitely recommend you rent a bike from here.

Person behind counter was brand new and untrained. Couldnt size bikes and couldnt redeem our credit vouchers. Took bike out of one location to go another and got no less than half a dozen phone calls from managers wondering what was going on with my bike rental Whole operation felt sleezy, like a money laundering business 🤔
