Incredibly rude staff, ended up waiting extra long because people were just cutting straight to the front of the queue and the staff didn’t care, was spoken to very rudely and saw other being given the same treatment, wouldn’t use again

Hello Rachel, Thank you for riding with Bike Rent NYC! We appreciate your feedback here as it helps us to discover areas which we need to improve upon. We work hard to train our staff on how to provide great customer service. Clearly, this was not what you experienced in our store and we do apologize for that as it is not who we are as a company.
