The team are implementing a new system by where a visual bike condition barometer will be used to give a much clearer idea of the condition of each individual bike. Thank you for your feedback. While we do have bike mechanics in our stores, we apologize if the bike you received was not up to our normal high-standard. We will certainly address this internally in our efforts to be a better company . We use Trek & Giant bikes exclusively and have a wide variety of bikes in stock - including racing bikes!
