the only problem i had was i ask the staff how long it should take me to get to location in the park and i would rent based on that the the time they gave me was four times the amount of time that it took me

Great way to see NYC. Cover more ground in far less time and the drop off pick up works well.

CHRISTIAN
we got charged because the chain on the bike broke. So it was quite a terrible service.

Hello Christian, Thank you for your business and the feedback here. While I do not know the specifics of your experience here, we do offer bike insurance which would cover similar situations like this. I hope this was offered to you and explained in full at the time of your rental. We work hard to train our staff on how to provide great customer service which, unfortunately, was not what you experienced in our store. We do apologize for this as it is not who we are as a company. Kind regards, Bike Rent NYC

Great trip with Lyall. He had an in depth knowledge of the park and we saw and learnt so much more than we could have ever done on our own. Lyall was also patient and accommodating to the different skill levels in the group. Would definitely recommend.

Great days bike rental. T & C fully explained. Given a map of Central park and it was shown how long to get to each location so you could plan your days bike ride. Really worth doing and great day would highly recommend.
