I rented the bike in ma 2019 for a…
I rented the bike in ma 2019 for a night and day to use for the 5 buro bike tour. I rented several weeks in advance and when I showed up to pick up my bike, I was told I had to return it that night and they didn’t have my reservation. Luckily one guy there was nice and let me take the bike for the night, but it wouldn’t have worked out if he wasn’t there. It was overall a bad experience and I won’t be renting from this place again.

Management and ownership suck. We were overcharged , they were rude and didn't seem to care .

Horrible
Horrible. Flat tires bikes in poor conditions could not rise and refused to give us our money back. Do not use them
