We were there for vacation with my nephew who doesn't know how to ride a bike. I believe they offeres us to use their tricycle at no extra charge (usually they charge double). Also since it took longer for us to figure out if he could ride it, they additionally gave us extra rental time. This place is not too friendly but accomodating so I'm glad we rented with them.
