Hello Anne, Thank you very much for your feedback here. We would certainly like to find out a bit more about what happened here so that we may correct any errors on our (or other) site. If you would like; would you mind send us an email ([email protected]) to let us know a bit more about your situation? What was the URL of the site you visited; what location did it send you to, etc? We would certainly appreciate this as it would help us to provide better experience for all of our guests.

Hello Alexander, Thank you very much for your feedback here. We would certainly like to find out a bit more about what happened here as between all of our 12 locations we have over 4,000 bicycles and never run out of stock. If you would like; would you mind send us an email ([email protected]) to let us know a bit more about your situation? What location did you go to? Did you book online or at our counter? We would certainly appreciate this as it would help us to provide better experience for all of our guests.

Hello Shane, Thank you for your business and your feedback here. I am sorry that you were uncomfortable during your ride, we have recently gotten a lot of new bikes and it could be that this particular seat was still a bit 'stiff'.
