Thank you for your feedback. While we do have bike mechanics in our stores, we apologize if the bike you received was not up to our normal high-standard. We will certainly address this internally in our efforts to be a better company . We use Trek & Giant bikes exclusively and have a wide variety of bikes in stock - including racing bikes!

Hello Mary, Thank you for joining us during the July 4th holiday! We truly appreciate your feedback and apologize for the guide's comments here. We do strive to create a consistent tour with the guides but as they are independent contractors, sometimes, their individual 'style' may not suit all riders. We hope that this did not detract for the tour too much for you.
