Great service and value! A little bit of waiting but it was high season. Reccomended.

Thank you for your review Patrizia! We are always looking for ways to improve and have worked hard to introduce more self-service stations to get customers riding even faster without any wait time! We hope to see you again soon!

I did have good experiences when visiting with my family. But this time I came in with 14 people and, although reservations were made and a call prior to our visit was made, we had to wait 40 minutes. The older Make Co-worker Did oversee the situation. Returning the Bikes was even worse: the so-called senior staff lady was very impolite and again 30 minted for returning bikes.....

Hello Rob, Thank you for riding with Bike Rent NYC! We appreciate your feedback here as it helps us to discover areas which we need to improve upon. We work hard to train our staff on how to provide great customer service. Clearly, this was not what you experienced in our store and we do apologize for that as it is not who we are as a company. We hope to see you again to show you the high level of service that we are capable of offering. Kind regards, Bike Rent NYC

We had a great experience with getting outfitted, then riding around Central Park with our guide. The group was large, but there were plenty of stops for the guide to speak to the entire group. We had one of our teenagers with us, and I would recommend this for any family with kids say 10+. The only negative thing I can say is that it was initially difficult finding the Bike Rent NYC (Central Park Rent Bike) location. That's not their fault - we were not familiar with Manhattan, and there was construction scaffolding everywhere.

HI Jim, Thank you for your business and your great review! We hope to see you again soon - and hopefully all the construction will be done in our area!

Hi Gary, I am so sorry to hear this as we generally 'fit' all riders to their bikes and can make a substitution if needed. This feedback will certainly be helpful to illuminate an area which we need to address . We hope to see you again to show you the top-notch service that we can offer.
