Alex
Bike rent NYC was awesome, we had an amazing time. The staff were friendly, the bikes were well maintained. The prices were a bit high, but comparable to other companies. Thanks for the great time!

Debz
Was in person in Central Park waiting to rent bikes. Was approached by a salesperson that I could “get a better deal booking online.” He stayed by my side the entire time while booking. I verified that I’d be getting the bike from the present location which he emphatically assured was true. Upon completion of the online rental, I step in line to pick up our bikes. I was told I had to go to a location several blocks away, towards midtown to pick them up. I was very frustrated and the salesperson who had been helping me was now “taking a break.” I was with my young daughter and did not want to ride bikes, even only a few blocks, through the streets of New York. They refused to refund my money. TOTAL CROOKS!

Helo Debz, Thank you for riding with Bike Rent NYC! We appreciate your feedback here as it helps us to discover areas which we need to improve upon. Our online booking system allows you to rent from any of our 12 locations which the salesperson you dealt with should have explained. We work hard to train our staff on how to provide great customer service. Clearly, this was not what you experienced in our store and we do apologize for that as it is not who we are as a company. Kind regards, Bike Rent NYC

The services' attention was great, so were the 5 bikes we rented. We had an awesome time experience and the quality-price was also good. Thanks!

Bikes are OK. I felt the approach by the staff is somewhat impersonal or uninterested
