Santiago was very thorough and constantly asked how I’m doing I felt very relaxed after the massage and felt great the next morning none of my normal aches and pains. I highly recommend .

Have been a customer of Big Toe for the last year. At first the experience was great. As time went on the providers given got significantly worse. There was extreme inconsistency in quality of services across each different therapist given. As a reminder they are coming to your personal home and my most recent therapist spilled her oils all over a very expensive piece of wood furniture. She did not reveal to us that she did this and upon her departure we came to find our furniture was ruined. Big Toe customer service was not helpful in finding a solution instead a small 20% credit was given from our service. Extremely disappointing since we were repeat customers and they were not willing to discuss a better solution.

What made my experience great is Caroline combined a muscle relaxing, stretching, and Lymphatic drain massage in a 90 minute session. She was on time, very nice, soft and gentle. She played relaxing music too. The cream she used was great for breathing and brought warmth to my body. I feel great after first time of ever having a massage. The company Gigi's mobile massage is great and very accommodating. I look forward to the next time I am in need of their services.
