There were some qwerks with the order at first -- but, they ultimately came through and delivered a great product.

Love the teddy bear, everything was great except the personalized ribbon; they spelled my daughters name wrong. I did call them and they were very nice and are having a new ribbon made up and shipped to me.

Wanted a giant, over-stuffed bear for my daughter for X-mas, one that was soft and squishy- and Big Plush did not disappoint. Nice quality, very huggable and not stiff, like one you would get at a county fair booth game. And the price was perfect, especially with the15% off first-time buyers discount. I misplaced my discount code and the rep was happy to issue me one over the phone. Highly recommend. Took a few calls to get thru to someone, but no problem on my end. Worth the call and the wait! Shipping was free and nicely handled.

Fast shipment! Unfortunately, my daughter changed her mind about what she wanted Santa to bring. BigPlush was more than helpful. They refunded me and asked me to donate the duck to a less fortunate child. Will definitely recommend them and order again!!!!

I admit to being concerned about ordering from this unknown site but my fears were unfounded. The 60" teddy bear is perfect for my teenage granddaughter: extremely huggable with silky soft fur and a sweet face.

its Awesome. My grandson wont let it out of his sight. he sleeps with it and plays with it. he even gave it a name. I bought other items from here that were great too.. Thanks Again this is the only place I go when my grand children want stuffed animals. great prices too !.

Ordered a personalized unicorn. It arrived quickly and looked exactly as pictured. I am very happy with it and excited to give it to my niece. She is going to love it.
