A Big O in Tucson advertised a $79.00 premium oil change AND free wiper replacement. They did the oil change but said they could not find the correct wiper for my car. Done with Big ZERO!

I HAD NEW RIMS BOUGHT ELSEWHERE & NEW TIRES FROM BIG O TIRES & MY NEW RIMS PUT ON MY VEHICLE IN JULY 2025 & FRONT END ALIGNMENT & ALL THINGS DONE WITH NEW TIRES & NEW OUTER TIE RODS FOR $1565 & MY AC WAS ORIGINAL FROM A NEW VEHICLE PURCHASE IN 2001 VEHICLE 2002 & JUNE 2025 THEY ORDERED A NEW AC KIT COMPRESSOR & CONDENSER FROM THEIR AUTO PARTS SUPPLIER & OTHER PARTS & THIS YEAR 2026 AC IS NOT COOLING AS FAST AS COLD AS ICE AS WHEN NEWLY REPLACED AC KIT IN JUNE 2025 FOR $1463 & IS SLOWLY COOLING BEFORE GETTING COLD QUICKLY & WRONG AC KIT WAS ORDERED BY BIG O TIRE SO I SPENT 2 FULL DAYS SITTING & WAITING AT BIG O TIRES & THEIR ISSUES WITH SUPPLIER AUTO PARTS STORE & WOULD NOT GIVE ME $200 OFF MY AC KIT FOR ALL THEIR TROUBLE WAITING AT SHOP FOR 2 FULL DAYS & ONLY A FREE $40 OIL CHANGE WHEN THEY MAIL OUT COUPONS FOR $25 TO $100 TO $200 OFF ON REPAIRS OF $250 - $500 - $1000 & MY AC REPAIR WAS $1463 PLUS TAX & DID NOT GIVE ME $200 OFF NEW AC KIT REPAIR FOR ALL THEIR TROUBLE & I BOUGHT TIRES & ACCESSORY & FRONT END ALIGNMENT & OUTER TIE RODS FROM BIG O IN JULY 2025 SPENT $ & I HAD BIG O CHECK AC IN JULY 2026 & SAID IT WAS MY SERPENTINE BELT PULLEY & BELT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED WHEN I REPLACED THIS PART NEW IN 2023 & WENT TO ANOTHER SHOP & SAID I NEEDED NO BELT PULLEY OR BELT & NO INNER TIE RODS TO ALIGN MY FRONT END AT BIG O TIRES ONLY A LITTLE PLAY & NOT YET BAD SO BIG O TIRES UNDERSELLS YOU ITEMS YOU DO NOT NEED TO MAKE MONEY WHEN BUSINESS IS SLOW & EXPLAINS WHY THEY HAVE HAD 3 STORE MANAGERS IN BOWLING GREEN KY LOCATION IN 12 -18 MONTHS & FIRED MANY SHOP EMPLOYEES & LAST TIME IN FIRST WEEK JULY 2026 I WALKED AT MORNING OPENING FIRST AT 8 AM IN BEFORE OTHER PEOPLE CAME IN AFTER ME & OTHERS WAS WAITED ON BEFORE ME ON OTHER VEHICLE REPAIRS WHEN I WAS THERE FIRST AT MORNING OPENING TIME HOUR 8 AM & WHEN THEY DISCONNECTED OR LOOSENED MY BATTERY TERMINAL TO WORK ON MY AC KIT IN JUNE 2025 TO NOT DRAIN BATTERY WITH HOOD DOME LIGHT ON UNDER HOOD DID NOT TIGHTEN UP MY RED POSITIVE BATTERY CABLE & WAS LOOSE TO TAKE OFF WITH A FINGER INSTEAD OF TOOL WHEN FULLY TIGHTENED & IT MADE MY NEW BATTERY I PURCHASED IN AUGUST 2024 AT ANOTHER PLACE & DRAINED MY NEWER BATTERY & ALTERNATOR WHEN MY VEHICLE WOULD NOT START ON JULY 25, 2026 & MY BATTERY WAS COMPLETELY DEAD & COULD NOT HOLD A CHARGE & BATTERY CELLS WAS FRIED FROM BIG O TIRES NOT FULLY TIGHTENING MY RED POSITIVE BATTERY CABLE IN JUNE 2025 LOOSE FOR 1 YEAR IT ALSO FRIED MY ALTERNATOR WHEN BATTERY WAS NOT FULLY CHARGED & HOLDING A CHARGE FROM LOOSE RED BATTERY CABLE FOR 1 YEAR & BIG O TIRES NEVER ADMITS OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES BY MANGERS & EMPLOYEES MISTAKES & DO NOT TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS & ALWAYS BLAME IT ON OTHER PARTS FOR NOT WORKING PROPERLY WHEN I CAUGHT THEM LYING & UNDERSELLING ME FOR NON ITEMS NEEDED & DAMAGE PARTS THAT ARE NOT TOTALLY BAD OR WORN TO GET MORE WORK REPAIRS & MONEY FOR THIS LOCATION IN BOWLING GREEN KY & EMPLOYEE TURNOVER IS VERY HIGH WITH FIRING MANY EMPLOYEES & FIRING 3 STORE MANAGERS IN 12 TO 16 MONTHS TELLS YOU THIS PLACE IS A HIGH RISK LIABILITY TO HAVE WORK REPAIRS OR NEW TIRES PUT ON YOUR VEHICLE WHEN THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR BIG O TIRES REPAIR WARRANTY ON REPAIR WORK DONE & BLAME IT ON OTHERS PARTS OR ISSUES NOT DONE BY BIG O TIRES & ONLY THING BIG O TIRES CAN DO RIGHT IS INSTALL & ROTATE TIRES & I SPENT $4500 IN 1 YEAR FROM JUNE 2025 -JLUY 2026 & WHEN BIG O TIRES TELLS YOU NEED REPAIRS GET A 2ND OPINION AT OTHER SHOP YOU KNOW & TRUST

I've never been so disappointed in a shop in my life especially with the manager Rob he is an unskilled lying man that will not accept responsibility for his own mistakes. And don't believe them no matter what it is good or bad they're all liars don't fall for the bad lug nuts trick like I did unless you plan on stopping every 2 to 5 miles to tighten your lug nuts and pray to God that they stay on until your next stop cuz they will keep coming loose every single one of them you're better off going somewhere else trust me

I'm back after 2 weeks when I got new tires and paid for an alignment. They tires were not aligned and driving on the freeway always made the steering wheel wobbly. I'm here again so they can check the alignment. Again. Waiting an hour. On a work day.

On May 23, I went in for an alignment and a AC recharge at the San Tan AZ location. I was charged roughly $300 for the AC recharge, $76 of which was for freon I could buy for #30-40 bucks at Autozone. 5 mins down the road my AC started blowing hot. Took it back to Big O today, to the Florence AZ location and had it diagnosed for another $200 bucks, and they told me I literally needed everything! A new Compressor, condenser and evaporator expansion valve ect. For parts and labor it'd run me a cool $2700. They listed the Compressor at $900. I have searched all over the internet and the average price for a condenser for my Van is Under $200 with some as low as $50 bucks. I don't care what Big O Tires have to say if they comment on this post, this is why people hate coming to mechanic shops, and why I prefer Mobile mechanics. I will never EVER go to Big O Tires again for any FFreaking thing. Trust I will share my experience with every person I have the opportunity to. I have both receipts if I need to provide them to Trust Pilot as proof of everything I have stated.

I’m not sure which store the reviewers are talking about but the New Albany, IN store is one of the BEST experiences I’ve ever had in a car service establishment. They do nothing without talking to me first, the disclose all charges and make me aware of warranties that I can use to mitigate the cost. The staff are friendly and helpful and ,best of all, honest.

I purchased 4 new tire with 55000 miles warrenty. After 10,000 miles, the tires turned out real bad the store manager said " oh, your car isa Tesla and since Tesla is heavy, the warranty do not apply to Tesla"

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation intending to use their $49.95 coupon. I arrived for my scheduled appt half an hour early. The person working the desk had me wait a moment while he was finishing up something on the computer. No problem, I was early. When he greeted me and looked up my appt he said they could not honor the coupon due to the Strait of Hormuz blockade creating a supply issue and that it would be $150 instead of $50. I wished him a nice day and left. I filed a complaint with Big O corporate. Later that day I was contacted by the owner of that franchise location. He was initially unsure of what happened as the employee simply said I was rude and left. I explained what actually transpired and he was very apologetic and offered a free oil change and tire rotation. I told him I was appreciative of his offer but declined since I was worried his employee might do something untoward to my vehicle and that he has lost my trust to service my vehicle. I believe he was sincerely sorry and wished to rectify the situation but as far as I was concerned, the relationship was destroyed.
