Ordered online got an email saying it was ready for pickup Called for curbside pickup they told me they didn't have it I ordered from a different loction I told them I have the email I then read off the address he told me he didn't know the stores address! Had to go into the store my item was there then I was told it hadn't processed even though I had the email. Showed them the email and my bank charge (at was pending) Still had to pay again! He told me if they charged me twice I could come back for a credit. 2nd time I have had issues with this Big Lot location Tatum and Bell Phx AZ for an online order.

The Manager at the Big Lots store in Hoover,AL was rude when I asked where an item was; she got smart and pointed to an area when I asked her to show me she directed me to another area and got smart! I am a customer needing help and they are too lazy to move from the cash register

We purchased a Broyhill electric fireplace. The white wooden mantle with marble sides and herring bone brick work. The petit size. It’s absolutely fabulous! The mantle is very well made and the paint job was perfect! Because of the brick in the background there’s so much depth, it’s not just a black box. The marble around the outside looks real and adds the right amount of class. The heater is situated at the bottom of the fireplace so it’s not obvious. It’s a nice heater that has a hmmm so it’s not clunky sounding. You stop hearing it after a bit. The logs/fire are lovely too. It looks just as beautiful turned off as turned on. I would truly buy this again!

I bought a memory foam mattress called cool sense from here in Longmont Colorado I noticed my son was itching and getting sick a lot so I examined his mattress because of a video I seen circulating about this mattress leaking fiberglass sure enough under his bed was filled with fiberglass I called and let the manager know what was going on and how my son was in the hospital because of it she informed me I would get a call back I never got one so I’m writing to let every parent know if u have this mattress and u haven’t checked under the bed please do and if u are thinking of purchasing maybe look for the videos about this mattress then make your decision if there were no stars I would give that instead of 1

I went to the Big Lots store in Duluth, GA hoping to find some of what I was looking for. I had set up a pick up in 2 other Big Lot stores. I went to one previously, and got a couple things. But, this store in Duluth, GA had everything and more that I was looking for. Not only that, their store was SO clean and organized! The workers were very helpful and friendly, not one, but everyone I came in contact with. They were all busy putting up stock, organizing, even the store manager! He even helped at the checkout, because I had a lot of fragile items, and he packed each one separately! I don't always write reviews. It has to be a very bad experience, which...it has to be real bad, or real good! I just had to write a review. It's not the closest Big Lots to me, but convenience in location is not always best. Kudos to this very efficient store staff! I shall be back! ☺️

I bought $55.00 worth of toys. Sale was buy 1 get 50% off the second. I ask the cashier if it was applied. She told me yes. No it was not. Bought Lg toilet paper. She charged me twice for only one. I signed up for a Big Lot Reward card, which was suppose to give me 15% off the first purchase. Did not get the discount. I don't know if they pocketed the $$ or was just incompetence. Won't go back.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD. I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER. IT SAID THERE WAS AN ERROR AND COULD NOT BE PROCESSED DUE TO ITEMS IN MY CART NOT BEING AVAILABLE AND SENT ME BACK TO MY CART PAGE. MY CARD WAS STILL CHARGED!!!! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 2 WEEKS TO GET MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS BULL!! HOW CAN YOU CHARGE ME IF NO ORDER WAS PLACED?? WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND ONLINE SHOPPERS BEWARE!!!!!!

I went on Big Lots website and ordered a mattress to be delivered to their Milford Ct store. It came in and they notified me. I called the store and told them I was painting and asked if they could hold for 2 weeks. They said no problem. I went to pick it up yesterday and they said they cancelled however it was still in the warehouse. She said she would have to re ring the sale and couldn’t give the same price and wanted to charge me $300 more than the original price. She said she did not how to give the discount and tried calling a manager, and the manager did not pick up. She then tried calling corporate, and they said they did not how to do it. Very frustrating. I felt bad for the associate because she had absolutely no training and no support. I would never ever deal with big lots again. Horrible customer experience. They should be ashamed of themselves, the worst part about it was when I told her to forget about it she never even asked to take my name down to have somebody call me back. I do not recommend big lots and I highly recommend you stay away from that store.
