purchased HR Block software which worked well and updated as expected. When I went to file, was told the code had already been used. Contacted the vendor, was given a new code, and same result when filing. Needed to pay an extra $30 to file my return and for two kids. They are selling used codes, hoping users don't file all allowed. will never use again, and report to our attorney general office, BBB and anyone else I can think of that would put these guys out of business.

Purchase download and installed and even upgraded from Intuit. Everything was fine until I had to purchase a additional state and pay for a efile, could not do it, kept getting a software error. Call Intuit and they said license was canceled and it was not legitimate.
