Tried to transfer my 2024 TurboTax Premier (purchased from BHT) to my new computer. Uninstalled off my old computer, went to install on new computer, license key was invalid/canceled. E-mailed with them for over a month about the issue. Got 13 different responses from them over that month, each one apologizing for the issue and assuring me that my problem would be escalated to the highest level with their “tech team“ for resolution. Promised I would receive a new license key immediately. They never followed through with it and I finally gave up. My only recourse now is to warn other potential customers to steer clear of them.

I downloaded the software after paying for it but the license key they included was not valid. I went to their product support and told them the problem. They asked for a screenshot of the problem and the Order Number. I sent both multiple times answering multiple IDENTICAL requests. It sounded more like a delaying tactic than technical support. Finally, I was fed up. I told them that I was not impressed with their responses and that I would go elsewhere and removed all TurboTax 2025 downloads from my system. Five hours later I get a text message from them containing a valid license key. It looks like a scam, smells like a scam but the final result was that five hours later they coughed up a valid key which allowed me to activate TurboTax. Thus the two star (rather than one star) rating. If you are willing to put up with their nonsense, good luck you get an A grade for patience and tolerance. By using them, they saved me about $10.00 over the price at Amazon for the same product. NOT worth it! Personally, I will not be using them ever again.

I ordered H & R Block software in November 2024 and all seemed ok, but when I tried to e file in April, 2025, H & R Block software gave me an error message that all five of my e filings were used up. Since this was my first e filing, this pointed duplicate sales of the same licensed software by Big Home Tax. I wrote to them , but have not heard back from them. I think that I got scammed.

Purchased H R Block Tax Software Preimum & Business Edition 2024 on 12/7/204. Doing some tax proforma work. Went for additional proforma work on the State taxes and the download I had received had no State Edition despite the ad clearly stating that 1 State Edition came with the download. I have sent 2 SMS messages to the 714-258-6355 (SMS only) the past 2 days with no response whatsoever. I am hoping someone reply. Purchasing on the web is always a downer with poor customer service. Probably shop local next time as I have in the past. You can always go back to the store.

I bought TurboTax for business and for Home & Business. Cons- Their licenses keys stop working, so NOT LEGIT, DO NOT BUY. Pro- Better prices

The key did not work and I had to contact Intuit to get a new key.

Purchased turbotax deluxe in Feb and installation worked fine on the 1st computer. Tried on the 2nd computer today and the license key doesn't work. Spent an hour on phone with turbotax support who were useless accept saying the key was deactivated. Trying to contact Big Home tax via all the means, but no response [Order #11573] (February 19, 2024)... Received the new license from BigHomeTax

Free Federal e-filing for H&R Block does not work. I receive a message : " The activation code you entered for free federal e-filing has reached it's limit". Used activation code?.. Will update this review often until the issue solved. Order number: 10312 AGAIN: I was not able to send even ONE Federal e-filing free and this software supposed to be used 5 times for a FREE fed. e-filing. UPDATE: BigHomeTax tried to contact me through trustpilot. I contacted BigHomeTax directly via contacts at their web site. Update: Another Code received and it worked for both free federal e-filings this time. However, I don't think I'll buy from BigHomeTax again.
