They just cheat. I bought the key but couldn't use later on. They promised to send a new code but never did. This lasted several months. I had to buy again on Amazon.

This isn't a super big deal as the software that I purchased to complete my 2025 taxes worked and I was able to file but has since been deactivated by turbotax, so any changes to my taxes must be done manually. They are selling invalid licenses so I would suggest that you pay more for a valid license from a known vendor. I had reached out to the company when I purchased the product to confirm that it was a legitimate license and they lied and said that it was. I am at the point where I will no longer be purchasing anything online since there are so many scams out there.

They sell you software cheap, then resale your license code to someone else. If you ever need to re install your product, you will not be able to activate it because you no longer own the license to it. Their customer support consist of an AI bot on SMS. It will ask you for screen shots, receipts but will never do anything. If you keep trying to reach a human, it will tell you they are researching it but no one will ever respond.

WARNING WARNING !!!! SCAMMERS !!!! Bought Turbo Tax deluxe 2024. Loaded and used for my tax return. Computer I used crashed and I bought a new one. Loaded tax software and tried to use it. Got messages that the license code was cancelled, not by Turbo Tax but by seller. They promised to send a new license code, but never did. Same experience with this seller as other bad reviews. Turbo Tax says they are not an authorized seller. Apparently they resell the same license to multiple buyers and you can’t reuse it again like you are supposed to be able to (5 returns). Wouldn’t buy from them if Iwere you !!! Go to an authorized seller not them for sure. Any correspondence with them has to be by text, no email or phone contact. I am filling a complaint with PayPal and try to recover my money if possible .

Tried to transfer my 2024 TurboTax Premier (purchased from BHT) to my new computer. Uninstalled off my old computer, went to install on new computer, license key was invalid/canceled. E-mailed with them for over a month about the issue. Got 13 different responses from them over that month, each one apologizing for the issue and assuring me that my problem would be escalated to the highest level with their “tech team“ for resolution. Promised I would receive a new license key immediately. They never followed through with it and I finally gave up. My only recourse now is to warn other potential customers to steer clear of them.

The purchase of TurboTax home and business was quick and easy. Was able to download and activate using the license code. However they apparently sell the same code to multiple people so it will work for who ever files the earliest. Each code allows up to 5 tax filings after that it gets blocked. Dont buy from this place; spend a couple more $$ and buy from Amazon or other reputable vendor where you can dispute.

The price is cheap because they take a license that allows you to submit 5 returns and sell it to multiple people hoping they won't submit multiple returns. I was able to submit 2 returns, but when I tried to submit the third, the software told me the maximum had been reached. I called H&R Block and was informed that the license was not in my name and that all 5 returns had been used. I tried contacting the support number via text and got no response. The '24/7 Support' they have listed on the website is a blatant lie as no one responded to the text over 2 days and you can't call the number. It ended up costing me an additional $10 to file the additional return. I will not be using them again and will pay more somewhere else for a valid license and better service!

I see how they are making money now - by selling the same license number to 5 different people. As long as I can use the software, I guess that's OK, but they should be transparent about this. You just need to activate the software as soon as you purchase it, and you won't have any problems. And know that you can't download and install on a new computer. I wouldn't want to do that anyway, so it doesn't really bother me.
