Update: they got in touch and sent a new license. The software seems to be working now. 😊 I bought Turbo Tax software from them and the license they sent is not working (order no. 24180). I called Turbotax and they said the license was not valid. I have tried every possible way to get in contact with BigHomeTax but they are not responding. I don't recommend this company. Turbo Tax said that it seems they sell the same license to different customers

The product was a competitive price but the licensing letters and numbers were so small I didn't catch them at first. So it would be a great idea to enlarge them.
