Big Home TaxReviews of bighometax.com

The price was fantastic, the instructions were fairly straightforward for downloading the software and communication through the site and email were on point.

It was a little slow to download the software, because I had trouble with the instructions understanding them, but when I realized what they were telling me, it went smooth and installed the software. I have opened the software and pulled in last years data and ready to go when the forms start coming from the companies.

perfect product

Wouldn't give a refund after I accidentally ordered the wrong product, immediately requested a refund before the download link and activation code were sent, and then they sent the activation code instead. Then claimed that they couldn't refund it because they sent the activation code.

E-FILE TAX CODES WERE USED SO I HAD TO PAY TO E-FILE. DON'T BOTHER

I bought TurboTax for business and for Home & Business. Cons- Their licenses keys stop working, so NOT LEGIT, DO NOT BUY. Pro- Better prices

Delivery after purchase was instant didn’t have to wait.

Big Home Tax is a great place for purchasing Tax Software. Their price is most competitive and delivery is instant. Website is very organized and easy to understand. You will have access to all the products you purchase including download links and activation keys. I recommend this company to everyone for Tax Software needs.
