Big Home TaxReviews of bighometax.com

Tax Software does not allow efile or printing. Not sure if software is a counterfeit or not. Could not contact company, says 'number I have dialed has been canceled' when I called for assistance with problem. Had to spend more money to get another Turbotax from another vendor at the last minute. Texted and no response for hours. Refused money back. I think these people are scammers - will report them. Do not order software from them, appears not to be legit. Terrible customer service for a failed product. BEWARE!!!!

License code expired so although I can use the software to print and mail out taxes, I can't efile at all! I tried calling it says the phone is disconnected now too!!!

TurboTax has proven to be a dependable investment year after year and the company that provides it. It’s a software purchase that continues to earn my trust, offering both great price and exceptional service.

I have purchased Turbotax Deluxe for Mac from Big Home tax the past two years and have had no issues with the software or the federal e-filings.

Purchased TTax Premier and received download link. After installing software would not run and return the same crash/error every time even after uninstalling and installing again. I reached out via txt and asked for help but seller was not helpful and when asked for refund I was told license was used?? How if I could not get the software to run and I couldn’t get to activation window. Spent over an hour with intuit over the phone and they couldn’t fix the issue. $70 and no software to use I would not buy again…..

I found out about Big Home a few years ago, after always purchasing from Costco, which always had the best price, so I was a little lury. Tried them, and everything worked out. Been using them 2 years now for Turbo Tax Program. No issues, would highly recommend

I ordered H & R Block software in November 2024 and all seemed ok, but when I tried to e file in April, 2025, H & R Block software gave me an error message that all five of my e filings were used up. Since this was my first e filing, this pointed duplicate sales of the same licensed software by Big Home Tax. I wrote to them , but have not heard back from them. I think that I got scammed.

This is my 2nd year using this Big Home Tax. Fast & easy transaction.
