Extremely pleased!
This was my first experience with this website and I was very pleased with the delivery. I ordered a used book for my college classes and the book itself is in excellent condition and hardly looks used at all, came on time in the mail, and packaging wasn’t damaged at all. Also this was the cheapest place I found the book I needed! Will recommend!

Do Not Order From This Company
One star because ordering the book was easy. What they do not explain to you upon ordering is that they may not actually have the book on hand. Ordered my book on Jan 15th and it is still pending processing. Called and was told they are waiting to receive my textbook so it can be shipped to me. Also, I still have to wait the 4-8 days to receive my book as well. Upon ordering the book these things should have been stated to estimate about 2 weeks to receive the book. Never ordering from this company or any of its affiliates!!

The book you ordered has the availability of “Usually Ships in 3-5 Business Days", this was listed on the website at the time of your order. This means generally it takes 3-5 business days for the item to arrive from the publisher/vendor before shipment.
