Horrible
Horrible! I placed an order for a textbook about three weeks ago and the order said it would arrive in about 10 days. It finally arrived at the post office a few days ago. However, it is now being sent back to the seller because "they don't deliver to PO boxes". Hello Bigger Books: maybe you should state that you don't ship to PO Boxes like every other company! Don't allow the transaction to go through if you're not planning on delivering the product! The shipping was $19 which was shown before the order, but that's ridiculous! For anyone who needs a textbook, stick with Amazon. It may take longer but you get what you pay for.

Overall less than average
The book shipped and arrived at the end of the promised time but I was not impressed by the condition of the book as it was pretty rough for a used book. Also the description was unclear about whether my purchase included online information. A clear no would have saved me some time and effort.

I was extremely disappointed with my order. I ordered a chemistry lab manual. To my surprise, when I began going through the book prior to my first day of class I noted the large amount of pages that were ripped out of the book. More than half of the book was missing. I will never order from here again. Don’t waste your time
