Very bad experience with this company. I placed an order with them, they then ordered the book from another company. It's I two and 1/2 weeks already and I need this book by the 23rd (7 more days). I called them last week and was told the book was shipping from Ky that day. Still no tracking number so I called them again. This time I was told that they did not know why it hadn't shipped yet and that they sent an email to the other company and assured me that they would get back with me within the next hour or so. That was 6 hours ago. I had to call them again .....same thing, no one seems to know if or when my book will ship.

The book arrived on time and in great(new) condition. Happy with our experience!

My books came quickly and were in good shape. Minimal highlighting and all the spines were in good shape. Just about all you can ask for from a good used textbook.
