Quickly switched over from shopify after I had seen it was less expensive and has no hidden fees like the other companies. Big Cartel is much more user friendly for me and my customers! I love it

I enjoy using this platform. It is easy to use and I can switch out my products if they don't sell. And, if/when I choose to expand it's great to know that they have a very low fee to upgrade to add more products to my store.

I’ve never had an issue with Big Cartel. They’re easy to use, affordable, and have been consistently reliable for my business. I’ve been really happy with the platform and honestly don’t have anything negative to say. Great option for artists and small businesses who want something straightforward without paying a fortune.

Wow. Just had a sale come through where the buyer wasn't charged shipping, because BigCartel decided to change their shipping system without mentioning it. Time to search for a new platform.
Response from Big CartelSep 1, 2026
We're so sorry for the frustration this caused, especially when it resulted in an order going through without the shipping charge you expected.😱 We appreciate you reaching out to our support team-- our team is taking a closer look at the details behind the order, and we hope we can get some clarity for you soon!

Great website, the only thing missing is a ringtone for the incoming orders.
