Big CartelReviews of bigcartel.com

easy and quick to understand

I love Big Cartel! It's the best! I did some research before I got starting trying to create my first online store. Big Cartel seemed like the best option for me. They're free to post your content, you get a free store, you can post 5 products for free. They do the taxes for you, you can set up different variations within the 5 free product lines. So if you wanted to be clever you could put extra products into those sections.... I've also used the Big Cartel premium plan. I needed it to have seemless-integration with my Print-On-Demand partner. With that, I didn't need to go to my POD website and make another order and figure out extra math, instead it all just went straight through together with the customer's information and my customer got notified and got their product super easy without much hassle on my end! I would totally recommend Big Cartel to anyone starting out! They also have an app on your phone so you can look at your products and store while on the go! It's really great. I highly recommend. I don't remember having any major issues.

Easy to set up and fair pricing !

So easy to set up and so helpful with any queries that I had.

Great web hosting family, I've been with them for years and will continue to support them and refer other clients to them.

The shop was easy to set up and take live. I do struggle a tad with the overall appearance of the my site, but I am still learning. I am satisfied, so far, and look forward to continued use.

Easy interface, straightforward communication and no hidden fees. I've used this platform for a good few years now and I have no complaints.

I've been a client of Big Cartel for approximately 6 years now, the simplicity of being able to build and edit your website with such ease is an added bonus for any small business owner or when building a brand. The tutorials they offer walk you through the process with such ease. I definitely recommend this platform to anyone who may be on the fence of being able to take on the task of building a website to showcase their product or services.
