Sounds Like A Scam
On 12/24/25, I placed an order and canceled it within 5 minutes of placing said order. I got an email with tge following: We wanted to inform you that your recent order has been canceled at your request. As per your instructions, we have processed a refund for the order amount, which should reflect in your account shortly. If you paid using a credit card, we kindly advise you to contact your credit card company to ensure the refund is processed smoothly on their end. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are always here to help. Thank you for considering our services, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future. I checked with my credit card company a short time ago. They have not received anything from this company in regards to refunding me my money, reversing the charge, etc. I tried to call them at the phone number they have listed in their email to me, but it is a bad phone number. Funny how they are so quick to take money from my credit card, but are unreachable in regards to my canceled order/refund.

I am sincerely sorry for the concern and frustration this has caused you. Please rest assured that we are a legitimate business, and we have already processed your refund exactly as you requested. The reason your bank may not see it yet is due to standard banking "pending" periods. While we release the funds immediately upon cancellation, it typically takes 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for banks to update their records and show the credit on your statement. Regarding the phone number, we apologize for the technical issue you encountered. Please know that we have already responded to your request via email and are actively monitoring your case to ensure you are taken care of. You can be completely at ease—your refund is on its way. We value your trust and are here to support you until the funds appear in your account.
