I used Big Apple Buddy to buy a Samsung Odyssey+, which was on a black Friday sale. Trouble was, its only available in the US and I live in the UK.....so had to use someone to buy and ship the unit. Big Apple Buddy were brilliant, I used their website to order. They kept in communication and told me about when they thought the unit would arrive. Surely enough, the unit arrived as expected and worked fine. Thank you BAB for your professional service!

In addition to Following a lot of my Sim racing buddies... I wanted to get myself the Samsung Odyssey+ MR set, due the black Friday deal. Because I live in Belgium... I thought it was impossible for me to get it, until one of my race buddies brought BAB to my attention. So after collecting some info, I went ahead and ordered myself the Ody+. Without any difficulty my order was placed. The order conformation was very clear about the costs, as well about the expected shipping and delivery time. I was very surprised to see my tracking number on the very first Day of estimated shipment. And even more surprised to have my Ody+ BEFORE the expected delivery time. So to me... The BAB team Got an A+ on service. Thank you very much... I will advice anyone to use your services, when buying in the US.

I would like to thank the team at Big Apple Buddy for a fantastic transaction. I was able to purchase my wife some Adidas shoes unavailable to Australia, from the US Adidas site. Off the back of the reviews here I went ahead and purchaed an odyssey+. The reviews raved about the speed and comminication. 2 weeks in and the only email I got, apart from the initial confirmation, was to say yes all on time it will be in Monday, after I sent a chaser email. Monday cam and went with nothing. I chased it and got nothing. They are still technically within the date they say but given the charge for the service, the extra charge for using paypal, which is not an option, and the additional costs of national duty I do wonder what big Apple provide that justifies the additional cost of using them. Right now I'm very dissappointed. 2 weeks in the dark for $600+ purchase is not great in my book.
