I used Big Apple Buddy to order a ROCCAT Vulcan 120 AIMO keyboard - currently a best buy exclusive product, with nowhere to purchase in Europe till the beginning of October. Phillis Chan and her team at BAB solved all of that. Service was truly excellent with a quote given in less than 24 hours, and the item purchased as soon as payment was made. Originally, I was hesitant to make a payment before getting the product, especially not from an online store, but I really had nothing to worry about. Phillis kept checking in and updating me throughout every step of the way, and ensured that I was happy with the final product. Although a bit expensive, it is well worth the cost! One week later, and I have my Roccat keyboard, which I am typing this review from. The handwritten note that came with the keyboard was also a great final touch. Purchase was very quick and easy from start to finish. I had found the product I wanted on their website being the Huawei Matebook X Pro, which the i7 version was not available in the UK yet. I only had to fill out the form and pay via PayPal. The customer service was excellent with quick replies and a friendly tone extending to a handwritten 'thank you' note in parcel. The expedited shipping service was phenomenal where within a space of 3 days after the ordering, the laptop was delivered to me in the UK with little import tax. Working out around the same price after tax than Aliexpress before tax. I would like to personally like to thank Phillis for the friendly and simply amazing service. I am enjoying my laptop and will definitely order more American products via Big Apple Buddy. In short, a very hard working company providing the best of service that I've seen in years.

I ordered a Samsung Odyssey MR HMD (a VR headset) that is still not available in Europe. I even had a special request: for BAB to order immediately (due to a sale that was on), then keep the product for 2 weeks before shipping it to me, so it would only arrive after I got back from vacation. The product arrived a few days after I got back from vacation. And I got the product at half of the price the only webshop in my country sells it at. That is including shipping and the modest BAB service costs. Very fast replies, excellent service, customer-oriented thinking. Definitely worth a recommendation!

I recently wrote a book "Why do people do what they do?" And published through Amazon as a Kindle and a paperback edition. Currently there is a dispute between Amazon and the Australian government concerning GST tax and this prevents Australians purchasing Amazon on physical products from USA.
