Big Apple BuddyReviews of bigapplebuddy.com

I like how this company keep on updating the status of my item, they are friendly as well. There is a written note given along with the package that I received, I appreciate it a lot :) Thank you Apple Buddy!

Good service!

I have no hesitation in recommending Big Apple Buddy´s services and I consider their charges very reasonable.

I wanted to buy a pair of Merrell shoes in a colour not available in Australia. When I found out that Merrell US don't ship to Australia, I started searching for a third party to buy them through. It wasn't long before I found Big Apple Buddy from a quick Google search. I was unsure at first (hoping it wasn't a scam), but all my worries disappeared when I started using the service. Everything was quick, easy, and most importantly very genuine and legitimate. Product selection was straightforward, communication via email was effortless, the quote and invoice arrived promptly, payment was secure, and BAB use FedEx so I was able to track the package (that was a lot of fun)! The shoes arrived at my doorstep slightly early, and when I opened the shoebox the the co-founder had even left a handwritten personal thank you note inside. Friendly much? I would buy anything that I want from America through Big Apple Buddy. Everyone wanting to buy from the States must at least consider them. You'll be glad you did.

Through their service, they are making available great products to other countries that don't have a local presence. I bought the Samsung Odyssey+ from them on Black Friday. They were clear on the cost, the terms and the estimated delivery date. The packaging was good and they used Fedex, which helped with tracking and refining the delivery date. Through the entire process Phillis from Big Apple Buddy was in constant communication to provide updates and checking in. I highly recommended Big Apple Buddy and have already recommended them to friends and family

Excellent service and very friendly staff who kept me up to date throughout the whole process. I will certainly use Big Apple Buddy again in the future and i will recommend them to others as well. The item i bought through them was not available in Europe but the whole process was so easy and was no different from buying from my own coutry. Thank you again B.A. Buddy

This service worked out amazing and will probably be using it again in the future, recommended

That was one of the best deals of my whole life. Big Apple Buddy bought a Samsung Odyssey+ HMD at Black Friday price for me. Payment via PayPal was easy, I received an order confirmation soon after and they kept me up to date with order status all the time. Finally the device arrived way earlier than they announced it. Packing was of good quality. A few days after delivery I received a personal e-mail asking me whether everything went well and if I am happy with the product. Great stuff, next time I need something from the US market I know wohm to ask. 5 stars, because six are not available.
