I ordered a Coach bag which I couldn't source anywhere in the UK. I researched the company in terms of reviews, delivery, customer services, tax charges and decided to order. I'm so glad I did. I was kept informed throughout, delivery was when they said it would be and import charges were what I expected. No hidden charges and a really good shopping experience. Highly recommend.

Excellent process with actual customer service! First the ordering process was easy, the tracking accurate, the driver called me as I was not home at the time making it easy for me to let him know where to leave it. Secondly and the best they emailed me to make sure I received my package and was happy with the service allowing me an opportunity to deal with any issues! Well done guys 5 stars!

Was honestly skeptical at first but they did everything so professionally and efficiently. I got my bag in 2-3 weeks which buying FROM the coach store in the states and delivering to asia, is considered already really fast. Not as expensive as I thought it would be as well. Awesome!

The Service was good. The item i purchased took a while to arrive in their facillity but the shipping was faster then i expected. I used Paypal as a payment method but i dont know if it was Paypals fault because sometimes when i tried to buy my stuff it wouldnt load the Paypal login. But thats the only Negative thing i have to say.
