Big Apple BuddyReviews of bigapplebuddy.com

I ordered the samsung odyssey + by big apple buddy after i saw mixedrealitytv YouTube video on how to get one in Europe. I can suggest big apple buddy to anyone, i already dit so to everyone who asked how i get one in Belgium. The way they handled everything, ready to answer questions quickly, and great follow-up, a few days after recieving getting a email asking if i recieved it correctly or if there where any issues, not many companies do such great follow-up. Handeling fee is good also 50$ is a good price for what they are doing Keep on doing what you do, definatly will be using there services again if i need something from the usa in the future.

Hi all , As a Brit , I am always cautious about sending money overseas and using third party suppliers . I used Big Apple Buddy for a Samsung Odyssey + VR headset , ( not available in Europe yet ) , I have to say they were excellent ! I made a couple of enquiry's as to tracking etc and they were very helpful and informative . I got up to the day information and regular updates on article availability and when they were going to complete order etc . I have no problem recommending them and would use them again myself . Well done B.A.B. !! Happy UK customer .

The service was excellent. I ordered a samsung odyssey+ HMD during black friday. They managed to get the product for the sale price and the delivery to germany was way faster than expected. But the best about big apple buddy is the support. Any question i had was answered at the same day via e-mail. The support really cares about the customer having a good experience with their service and is really kind. I would choose Big apple Buddy again if I should need to import anything from the US any time soon.

Thank you so much for getting the Samsung Odyssey+ for the Black Friday sales price! Everything worked flawlessly and the communication gets an A++! Delivery time was also good if you keep in mind how many people tried to get the device from Samsung. Thanks again Phillis and all the best for you and your family!

Big Apple Buddy is great, very nice and helpful, great support, fast and reliable. I can only recommend.

Reliable and Easy: definitely recommend BAB. Using BAB's services allowed me to source climbing gear that was only available in the US. And they delivered it smoothly and efficiently to my address in Australia. Clear communications and status update throughout the whole process.

Big Apple Buddy has provided me with excellent service. They sourced my Samsung Odyssey+ headset at the Black Friday Sale price and kept me constantly up to date with the process. My headset arrived safely and within a very reasonable timeframe. I highly recommend them.

Super Service, i can truly recommend this !
