Big Apple BuddyReviews of bigapplebuddy.com

Have just used Big Apple Buddy for the first time. Like everybody I read reviews and was happy to use them. This has been the most simple and easy way for me to buy shoes from the USA which you cannot purchase in the UK. Big Apple did everything for me. You get a quote and agree to pay. Paid via paypal and sat back while Big Apple did everything else. Got Emails updating me through out the process. Shoes arrived in UK and I paid the import duty, shoes were then delivered. Took just over 2 weeks from start to finish, to be honest that can be faster than buying from shops in UK sometimes. First class service and will be using them again and again.

I wanted to purchase a limited edition Tiffany bracelet from US. Local stores were unable to order or make any arrangements at all. Relatives and friends staying in US were unsure on the process of delivering the item even after purchase. I am so glad I was recommended to try Big Apple Buddy. The invoicing was transparent and done securely through PayPal. Phillis kept in touch with me almost every day and ensured the bracelet was ordered with my unique specifications. Delivery was less than 4 days and I must say they make it really easy from start to end. I did consider other parcel forwarders but they were either too dodgy or did not reply to my inquiries. Also, those parcel forwarders required me to use their addresses while making the order (whereby my orders were cancelled twice because Tiffany did not deliver to those addresses). Definitely going to be coming back here to get all my US stuff in future. Just order, review invoice, pay and wait to receive. Fuss free and value for money (compared to the parcel forwarders).

Excellent service and customer engagement. If I need anything from the US again I’ll use Big Apple Buddy

Very good seller. I received my order very quickly abroad in Israel. And I was totally satisfied. I recommend

Ordered a Samsung Odyssey+ VR Headset to Germany. No Problems, 4 Days of Delivery, Nice!

Orderd some Allbirds and it took only 1 week from order to the save arrival in Germany. Good and friendly costumer service. Can recommemd Big Apple Buddy!

Professional, friendly, efficient from order to delivery.....got what I expected in the time that was allocated. Definitely recommend Big Apple Buddy and commend them on a flawless process.....easy, convenient and trustworthy.

Great customer service, easy to use, and fairly quick shipping to Canada. If there's an item in the U.S. that you can't obtain directly but you *must* have it, BAB is a great way to go. :-)
