Big Apple BuddyReviews of bigapplebuddy.com

I had great shopping experiences with them, they kept me updated with the whole process and package arrives on time or earlier. They also follow up after delivery to check if the package is delivered safely. Whenever I contact them regarding something not listed that I want to buy they reply fast.

So disappointed with the service from Phillis at Big Apple Buddy. Back in February I ordered a handbag with her & after months of delay the item never got delivered. I requested a refund..... I have niw recieved 3 demands from FEDEX for a payment of customs charges for an item I never recieved. After many emails & calls this is still not resolved. ....I would not recommend this company...

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Product was dispatched and arrived safely and quickly and even factoring in import tax was cheaper than in the UK! Really appreciated the follow-up email to check all was well! Exemplary service and will definitely look to buy from again! Overall, a perfect shopping experience!!

Great service, clear and ongoing communications, quick delivery for cross-border, and an all-around excellent experience. If you need/want something sold only in the USA then Big Apple Buddy is an ideal solution!

Everything was splendid - I ordered a pair of sandals I couldn't find anywhere else & they arrived in 10 days. Total cost was a little high, but most of it was unavoidable: the sandals, the shipping, the sales & import tax.

Fantastic service, got us our product to Singapore in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Will definitely use them again

Highly recommended to buy through this online store. They updated the shipping status and ensure item delivery.

I recommend this company, doing a good job!
